Every winter we travel to the Leutasch Valley — a place that feels almost dreamlike. Crystal-clear mountain air, endless snow and vast silence. No crowds, no noise. Just space to breathe and
reset. The days will flow with morning meditations, breathwork, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Kirtan & soundbath and inspiring workshops, held in a bright yoga space with mountain views.
Our retreat home is at Aufatmen, a family-run eco-hotel designed with care and soul. The hotel’s wellness area invites deep rest — with a bio panorama
sauna, Finnish sauna, and infrared sauna. Outside, ski trails, winter hikes, and a guided snowshoe tour await. For the bold, there’s even a natural ice pool on site.
This retreat is a holistic cocoon — holding you in stillness, softening what is heavy, and calling you back into rhythm with clarity, strength,
and loving presence. Come as you are: curious, tired, alive, overwhelmed, strong or inspired. All of you is welcome. Annette will be teaching in german.

Our retreat home is at Aufatmen, a family-run eco-hotel designed with care and soul. Maria and Wolfgang — the youngest hosts in the valley — have
created a modern sanctuary that blends nature, tradition, and sustainable design. The rooms are scented with Zirbenwood, the yoga space is light-filled and spacious, and the bio panorama sauna offers expansive views of the snow-covered mountains.
Here, you can adventure or simply rest — both are welcome. The walking and hiking routes are well marked - so its easy to start an exploration tour through the sleepy valley or a climb up to the
alpine huts. A guided snowshoe hike is optional and for all alpine skiing and snowboarding enthusiasts, the Olympiaregion Seefeld and the Karwendel mountains are just around the corner.

MEDITATION & ASHTANGA VINYASA YOGA RETREAT.
Our retreat days are designed to support both beginners, experienced practitioners and teachers. The morning sessions weave embodied meditation, somatic exploration, sound and pranayama into a rhythm that deepens awareness. Followed by an Asana practice, where the first half of the practice will be guided with different emphasis. It will then open into the opportunity to refine your self-assisted Practice (Mysore Style) with individual support from Annette.
All guided sequences are valuable for both beginners and advanced practitioners, weaving together contemplative conversations as well as preparations & modifications for the more complex asanas with wonder and discovery.

7am-10am Practice. Deep Sadhana practice with Meditation | Pranayama | Chanting | Guided Vinyasa Yoga and assisted Self practice (Mysore Style)

12pm Expand. Free time for skiing | sauna | hiking in the valley | relaxing

ABOUT ANNETTE HARTWIG.

Annette Hartwig has been teaching Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and meditation worldwide since 2001. She is a dedicated yoga practitioner, MindBody Therapy Coach, Somatic Stress Release® practitioner,
and FRC® Mobility Specialist.
Her path has been deeply shaped and inspired by studies in Vedic Mantra Chanting at the Krishnamacharya Institute/Chennai, in-depth training with Richard Freeman, and more than 20 years of
ongoing mentorship with her teacher Dena Kingsberg. Annette is currently studying to be a Body-Mind-Centering-Practitioner.
Her own practice and teaching grow out of the dialogue between somatic exploration, Sound & Bhakti, movement & stillness. She trusts that even the smallest moment can open into a subtle, profound healing space — beyond boxes and forms. Her emphasis lies in being lovingly present with all aspects of our human experience: our vulnerabilities, our shadows as well as our radiant light. Annette invites everyone to come back into a natural state of wellbeing and belonging — revealing that the subtle has never left us, and that we are always held in the interconnectedness of life.

Prices are per person. Travel costs are not included. To make a booking a deposit of 520,- Euro is neccessary 48 hours after registration to secure your spot. The remaining

GETTING THERE.
Checkin: Saturday, March 14, 2026 from 4pm.
Welcome Meeting & Dinner at 6pm. No yoga class on that day.

Getting there: by Deutsche Bahn train to Mittenwald (Germany), affordable & environmentally friendly. From there it is only a few kilometers by public bus / cab over the
border hill to Leutasch. The nearest airport is Innsbruck, approx. 30 km away. From there you can take the train to Seefeld. Or you arrive with your own car.
REGISTRATION.
After you have submitted the registration you will receive an email with further information & bank details. Please allow for 1-2 days for a reply as all our emails are answered personally. Thank you. A deposit payment of 250,- Euro within 48 hrs. after our e-Mail will secure your spot. Otherwise we will open the spot to someone else.
Cancellations: In case yogabija has to cancel the retreat we will refund your full payment. If you cancel your booking before Nov 28th, 2025 we will refund your payment reduced by 150 euro cancellation fee. No refunds with later cancellations. We highly recommend to get a travel insurance.
