  • 12 live sessions of embodied meditation, Mudra, Mantra & Movement

  • each session includes 45 min of meditation practice. Followed by an optional 15 min exploring teachings, discussion and integration.
  • replays available the entire month. Perfect if you sleep in / like to revisit a session

Choosing you - understanding your nervous system and trusting your body.

A resilient nervous system knows how to move between regulation and dysregulation. Both are part of being alive in the modern world. Somatic work strengthens this capacity — supporting agency, clear boundaries, authentic connection and a sense of belonging.

 

This course offers a holistic container for body, mind, heart and spirit. Through small, consistent practices, you’ll learn how to return to center in daily life, cultivating balance, steadiness and trust in your inner rhythms. Each practice invites a deeper understanding of your nervous system and how it responds to the world.

 

Rooted in somatics — the art of sensing and inhabiting the body — we explore embodied techniques, rituals and reflections that nurture self-compassion, build resilience and inner resources, and reconnect you with your inherent body wisdom and most authentic self.

 
Over 5 weeks  will explore how to:
- connect with the sensations and feelings rather than just observe or notice them.
- befriend your body and understand its signals 
- using your sensations as an inner compass and  trustworthy guidance
- being in contact with your
 authentic you & trust inner guidance - without analysing it. 
- learn to identify the 2 primary nervous system states and the 3 secondary states.
- understand the difference between intuition and a nervous system (trauma) response
- expand your sensory & self awareness through practical tools that you can easily use in daily life situations
- tapping more into your inherent power by expressing your voice, needs, agency & choice.

Open Flow - Sunday  sessions.

A nurturing online class focusing on a steady flow, breathing & the more subtle aspects of the postures. Playful, creative movement from essentials to more elaborate postures based on the ashtanga series. Soothing pranayama (breathing practices), embodied meditation & mantra will be incorporated as well to envoke a feeling of joy, connection and well-being so that the more subtle aspects of the practice can unfold. Reserve your spot via email
